Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based BCBA in Aston, PA to lead behavioral support and student progress in the classroom. The role emphasizes thoughtful assessment, individualized programming, and collaboration with school systems.

You will assess student needs, design and oversee behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs, monitor progress, and train school staff while coordinating with educators, families, and related service providers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Experience with children or in school-based settings.
• Strong assessment and data analysis skills.
• Experience developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs.
• Ability to collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely manage physical behaviors.

Responsibilities
