Job summary

Therapy Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site position in Hoquiam, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide essential services to students in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and valid BCBA certification.
• Experience in educational settings conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong communication skills with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to inform interventions.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
