Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to provide school-based behavioral services in the Phoenixville, PA area. This temporary coverage runs through approximately mid-October, with a schedule of 2–3 days per week and hours roughly 7:35 AM–3:05 PM.

Responsibilities include FBAs, running social skills sessions, assisting teachers with PBSPs, and possibly supervising in-house RBTs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA credential and be eligible to practice in PA.
• Experience delivering school-based behavioral services is preferred.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with educators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Lead social skills sessions with students.
• Assist teachers with implementation of PBSPs.
• Potentially supervise in-house RBTs.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.
