The role emphasizes staff and parent training on PBSP implementation, and ongoing ABA principles across the team. A Master’s or Doctoral degree and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) is required.
• Experience writing FBAs and BSPs with students who have special needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and PBSPs for students.
• Train staff and, when possible, parents on PBSP implementation and data collection.
• Provide regular ABA concepts and principles training to the treatment team.
