Job summary

Neighborcare Health in Seattle is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive care and work collaboratively with physicians, NPs, and PAs to achieve quality patient outcomes.

This grant-funded, summer standby role supports school-based health services, requiring flexibility in hours and travel among clinics to serve diverse communities. Standby period and compensation details are provided by program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct independent patient appointments without Medical Assistant support.
• Knowledge of Washington confidentiality and consent for adolescent health services.
• Experience with medical records and documentation in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient centered preventative care, and diagnose/treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate referrals and overall care in a team-based setting.
• Complete necessary paperwork for patient care, including prior authorizations and communications with outside specialists.
• Respond timely to test results and communications; provide feedback to teams.
