Job summary

Amergis is hiring a School Registered/Certified Behavior Technician in Bothell, WA for a contract - full-time role, paying $35 per hour and supporting 32.50 weekly hours in school settings.

You will implement behavioral intervention plans, assist with ABA services designed by a supervisor such as a BCBA, and collaborate with teachers and other specialists to help students and individuals reach learning and behavioral goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and/or CBT license as applicable per state/contract
• Must be supervised by client BCBA or BCABA
• One year relevant experience preferred
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• The Registered/Certified Behavior Technician works to implement behavioral intervention plans and facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs.
• Collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
• Can support implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic services designed by a supervisor such as a BCBA.
