Job summary

Amergis in Kent, WA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based intervention plans in collaboration with school professionals and a supervising BCBA/BCABA.

The role supports educational and behavioral goals for children and adults with special needs. Requirements include RBT or CBT license, one year preferred, CPR/health certificates as applicable; compliance with federal, state and local regulations is required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or state CBT license (as applicable)
• Supervised by a BCBA/BCABA
• 1 year relevant experience preferred
• Associate degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
• CPR certification if applicable
• Health certificate per contract/state regulation
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based services designed by supervisor
• Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists
• Support educational and behavioral goals and objectives
