Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Interventionist to deliver direct services to students with autism and related disorders under supervision. You will implement clinical programs, support multiple students within a classroom, and may be assigned to a school site within a 20–40 mile drive.

Availability to work school hours is essential. You'll use Applied Behavior Analysis to implement treatment plans, maintain consistent schedules, and complete required paperwork accurately while

Qualifications

• Completed High School diploma is required.
• Experience with students, ASD exposure preferred.
• Bilingual skills are valued (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based treatment programming with students in classroom or 1:1 settings.
• Maintain punctual, reliable schedules and complete documentation on time.
• Produce accurate administrative and clinical paperwork in a timely manner.
• Comply with company policies, budgets and timelines.
