Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in Pennsylvania seeks dedicated staff to support students in behavioral health and educational programs. You will implement Positive Behavior Support Plans, assist with data entry and monthly progress reviews, and help create a supportive environment in school, home or community settings.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 18 years of age or older, and 2+ years of experience with children in educational, hospital or home settings.

Responsibilities

• Implements PBSPs and IPTs in school, home or community settings.
• Supports staff in addressing students' behavioral needs with ABA-based interventions.
• Collects, enters, graphs ABA data for monthly progress reviews.
• Assists staff to arrange classroom environments to meet students’ needs.
• Assists with creating and grading classroom materials.
• Supports crisis intervention and records accordingly.
• Performs personal care tasks as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Implements, models, and assists staff and caregivers with implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans and Individual Treatment Plans, as designed by Behavioral Specialists, located in school, home or community settings as specified in the individual plan.
• Supports student development of various behavioral and emotional skills as specified in the PBSP.
• Assists caregivers and staff with addressing therapeutic needs of the student Implements Positive Behavior Support Plans and ABA-based interventions.
• Collects, enters, and graphs ABA data. Compiles and/or gathers, and organizes all data for monthly progress review.
• Assist school personnel (director, administrative assistant, teacher, teacher assistant, etc) or student to arrange the school’s environment to best meet the student’s physical and psychological needs.
• Assist school personnel with creating, copying, grading of classroom and student materials.
• Assist with proper crisis intervention and prevention techniques and complete appropriate forms.
• Perform Personal Care duties with toileting, eating and grooming activities when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education, Experience

• High School Diploma
• 18 years of age or older, 2 or more years’ experience working with children in an educational, hospital or home setting.
