Responsibilities

• Collects lunch money and distributes lunch tickets.
• Assists in the supervision of students in the lunchroom and playground.
• Assists with student dismissal on half days.
• Makes attendance calls to parents.
• Answers phones, sorts mail, and laminates materials as directed.
• Covers the main office when the secretary is unavailable.
• Prepares materials for copying and distributes them as assigned.
• Delivers information or materials to offices or classrooms.
• Records attendance, grades and enrollment data.
