Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement behavioral intervention plans and support educational and behavioral services for individuals with special needs. You will work under supervision to ensure ABA goals are met within school and community settings.

The role requires RBT certification or state CBT license, supervision by a BCBA/BCABA, and at least 18 years old with CPR/health clearance as applicable. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State CBT license as applicable.
• Must be supervised by a BCBA or BCABA.
• One year relevant experience preferred.
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred.
• Current CPR, TB/PPD, or health certificate as applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Registered/Certified Behavior Technician works to implement behavioral intervention plans and facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
