Job summary

The Sunshine House in Mint Hill, NC is hiring a Part-time School Age Teacher to support before- and after-school programs. The role includes implementing a child-centered curriculum, building positive relationships, and communicating milestones to families through our app.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NCECC certificate preferred.
• BSAC training required.

Pay rate of $16-$19 per hour

Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.

Teacher Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and work while standing.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• BSAC training required.
• Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.
