The Sunshine House, Inc. in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a School Age Teacher / Bus Driver for a part-time role. You will support safety, early education, and childcare for our children, with duties split between classroom teaching and responsible transportation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NCECC certificate preferred.
• Willingness to drive a 14-passenger minibus (no CDL required).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and work while standing.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• BSAC training required.
• Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement our curriculum and ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for children.
• Foster relationships with children and document milestones for families using our app.
• Safely transport children to/from area elementary schools and field trips in a small bus.
• Complete safety checks and drills as part of daily duties.

Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00

Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.
