Job summary

Just for Kids is seeking a Program Manager in Training for our multiple Buffalo-area locations. This entry-level role shadows and supports the Program Manager to build management skills for future leadership in our before/after school and summer programs.

Responsibilities include assisting with program development, staff supervision, and OCFS compliance, with training hours and certifications emphasized. Flexible scheduling and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 2 years of childcare experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program development and site organization.
• Provide age-appropriate activities and model staff conduct.
• Support OCFS compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children, families, and staff.
• Observe and communicate with families and school personnel daily.
• Obtain 15 hours of training within six months and 30 hours every two years.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
