Job summary

All About Kids is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team serving Long Island. You will provide evidence-based interventions, review IEPs, and collaborate with families and school districts to support children's goals.

We offer flexible placements (full‑time or per diem), competitive compensation, semimonthly pay, onboarding, and ongoing professional growth. NYS licensure in Occupational Therapy is required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program recognized by AOTA.
• New York State licensure in Occupational Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based clinical interventions to clients and families.
• Review and implement IEPs accurately.
• Complete timely and accurate daily session notes on our web‑based documentation system.
• Track and measure progress toward current goals.
• Write appropriate, measurable annual goals.
• Participate professionally in team meetings when applicable.
• Communicate regularly with other team members.
• Submit quarterly progress reports in a timely and professional manner.
• Submit monthly billing on time and comprehensively.
• Complete and submit necessary paperwork prior to starting each case.

Compensation

$75-$85 per hour

Responsibilities
