Requirements:

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field or Preschool CDA certificate (RIECETP).
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed daycare setting.
• Ability to pass National & State Background Checks.

Responsibilities:

• Experience and demonstrated ability in working with children.
• Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multi-tasking skills.
• Self-motivator and problem solver.
• Excellent communicator and shows confidence in building and maintaining relationships with children and parents.
• Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow curriculum and manage lesson plans, under the RIELD Standards.
