Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age childcare staff for the Candlewood Elementary School program in Brookfield, CT, for the 2026–2027 school year. Roles are part-time, non-exempt, with morning and/or afternoon sessions aligned to the school day.
Positions offer employer-paid childcare, flexible hours within the calendar, and opportunities for growth while supporting children ages 5–12 in a structured, engaging environment.
Morning Program: 7:00 - 8:50 am
Afternoon Program: 3:35 - 5:00 pm
Opportunities may be available for morning, afternoon, or both programs.

Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care.
