The goal of the YMCA Summer Powerchildcare program is to provide the community a structured, healthy environment for school age children. The YMCA summerchildcare program is hiring enthusiastic, community-focused individuals that are looking to work with school age children in grades K-5 at various schools within the community. Flexible shifts available during Summer Power program hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.

The YMCA Summer Powerchildcare program is dedicated to the quality development and engagement of school age children in partnership with families, schools, and communities. The YMCA summerchildcare program aims to develop the whole child by providing school age-appropriate learning experiences and opportunities using a theme-based curriculum with activities that include:

• Science, Technology, Engineering & Math
• Character Development
• Field Trips, Swimming & Special Events
