Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for the After School Program at Croydon Village School for the 2026-2027 school year.

The role is part-time and non-exempt, located at Croydon Village School in Croydon, NH. The position supports children's learning through play and structured activities, with employer-paid childcare benefits and schedule aligned to the school calendar.

Formación

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
• Medically cleared of communicable diseases including TB.
• Warm, friendly, upbeat with strong people skills; professional and reliable.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift up to 50 lbs., and keep up with children.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, art, etc.) and homework.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model.
• Observe state guidelines and program policies.
• Support program operations, including attendance records and staffing.

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our After School Program at Croydon Village School for the 2026-2027 school year.

Location

Croydon Village School in Croydon, NH

Pay Rate

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Afternoon Program: 2:15 - 5:30 pm

Follows the school calendar

Position Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.


• Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB.


• Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt.


• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.
