School-Age Care Site Coordinator (Silver Lake Elementary) (Transportation)

Availability: Monday-Friday; shifts between 6:15 am - 9:15 am and 1:00 pm - 6:30 pm.

What You Will Do: As the Site Coordinator, you will lead and develop staff for our year-round School Age Care Program, ensuring the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate activities. You will oversee daily operations, maintain professional relationships with families, school personnel, and the community, and support a safe, inclusive environment.
This is a full-time, in-person role working during school hours and summer camps, with shifts aligned to school schedules. You will support multiple sites as needed, working 35-40 hours weekly, including administrative duties.
Position Summary: Manage child care operations at assigned locations, creating a safe, positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes participant safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
