A to Z Building Blocks in Utah is seeking a dedicated team member to support our school-age program. The role offers a split shift pattern—before and after school—with full-time hours in the summer and opportunities to work in younger classrooms during midday breaks.

You’ll help with activities, meals, transitions, and field trips while keeping spaces clean and safe. Benefits include paid training, health insurance options, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Patient, caring, and dependable.
• Enjoys working with school-age children.
• Able to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Food Handler Permit.
• First Aid and CPR certification, or willing to obtain.
• At least 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Willing to drive a large vehicle transporting children.

Responsibilities

• Helping with school-age activities, games, projects, and daily routines.
• Supporting children during meals, transitions, outdoor play, and group activities.
• Supervising children during before and after school care.
• Helping with summer field trips and school-age events.
• Keeping classrooms, buses, and activity areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Providing positive guidance and support to children.
• Communicating with team members and families as needed.
• Driving children to and from school or scheduled field trips as needed.
