KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS in Lincoln, NE is seeking a full-time School-Age Teacher to inspire and guide children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. You will plan engaging activities, support homework, and supervise safe indoor/outdoor play.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), strong communication and leadership, and a clean driving record to transport students on a 14-passenger bus.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, dependable, and caring individual who loves working with children.
• Experience in child care, after-school programs, or education is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
• High School Diploma or GED required; CDA or related education is a plus.
• Must be over 21 with clean driving recors

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement exciting, age-appropriate activities that promote growth, learning, and fun.
• Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for school-age children (Kindergarten - 5th grade).
• Support academic goals with homework help, STEAM activities, and hands-on enrichment.

• Supervise indoor and outdoor play with a focus on safety, inclusion, and creativity.
• Lead group games, clubs, projects, and themed events to keep kids motivated and involved.
