Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at Highbridge Hill Elementary School in New Ipswich, NH for the 2026–2027 school year.

This part-time, non-exempt role pays $14.00 - $18.00 per hour and follows the school calendar with hours from 3:25 to 6:00 pm. If you love working with kids and want to mentor, you’ll fit right in with a supportive team and employer-paid childcare.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academic, art and group activities, plus homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
