Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education administration or related field and considerable teaching experience.
• NC License in Principal Area.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, parents, students and the public.

Responsibilities

• Enforces discipline, health, safety and welfare standards for students and staff within building.
• Observes classrooms and conducts pre- and post-conference observations.
• Attends various meetings and handles attendance and truancy issues.
• Supervises staff, transportation program and school operations.
• Supervises special education within the building including curriculum development and staff supervision.
