Job summary

Love Justice International seeks a full-time, leadership role based in South Asia to guide school operations and education programs reporting to the CEO.

You will hire and mentor expat and local teachers, oversee payroll and budgeting, and develop long-range educational plans to deliver high-quality offerings while advancing organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in education).
• Overseas experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical reasoning, problem-solving, and basic quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the business aspects of the school—payroll, budgeting, accounting, purchasing services, maintenance, transportation, facility construction and renovation, and other general activities.
• Supervise teaching methods, curriculum, and staff development programs, including ongoing revision of curriculum guides, textbooks, and other materials.
• Develop and implement educational evaluation and testing programs.
• Build and maintain a team of financial supporters through regular communication and updates.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the President.

LJI operates family homes and one hostel for orphaned and abandoned children in South Asia. This school supports the mission of educating these children to become community leaders. This role is a full‑time leadership position based in South Asia reporting to the CEO.
