The role oversees Duke's Fulbright U.S. Student Program, MMUF coordination, outreach, and program administration, building relationships with students, alumni, faculty, and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Two years of related experience in advising, program administration, or higher education.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience planning and administering programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advise students on nationally competitive scholarships and fellowships.
  • Manage campus application, evaluation, endorsement, and interview processes.
  • Recruit, advise, and support undergraduate, graduate students, and alumni throughout the cycle.
  • Coordinate faculty and staff interview committees and oversee committee operations.
  • Draft, review, and sign institutional evaluations and endorsements.
  • Train and supervise graduate student assistants and monitor program metrics.
