Job summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a Scholarship Coordinator to join the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation (TTEF). You will help administer MOScholars, maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries, and guide partner schools and families through scholarship processes.

You will collaborate with the Scholarship Team to ensure efficient workflows, provide outstanding customer service, and support the mission of expanding access to quality education through need-based scholarships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Background in education preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new tools and programs.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete scholarship records through timely data entry and effective use of the scholarship database.
• Support all aspects of the scholarship administration process from application through payment cycle.
• Serve as a point of contact for scholarship families and partner schools with excellent service.
• Work with TTEF staff on scholarship projects as assigned by the Executive Director.
• Align work with mission by providing children pathways to faith-based educational opportunities.
