The Vice President of Advancement is a member of the TTEF leadership team, reports to the Executive Director, and leads the advancement program and team. Serving as a key partner to the Executive Director and Board, the VP is both a strategist and frontline fundraiser. They will be responsible for building the advancement plan, carrying a personal portfolio of significant donor relationships, and developing the team and systems that grow and sustain philanthropic support.

TTEF is the largest elementary school scholarship organization in Missouri. Since its founding in 1991, TTEF has raised more than $220 million from local and national funders. TTEF assists more than 6,400 students annually and aims to expand the number of children receiving tuition assistance. TTEF raises money for three major scholarship programs. TTEF has excellent outcomes: 100% eighth grade graduation rate; 99% high school graduation rate among TTEF alumni; 74% of TTEF alumni enroll in post-secondary education. TTEF has a staff team of 9 and a $17 million annual budget.
