Job Location: Nashville, TN

Job Description: Seeking a highly motivated individual to join the North America Data Analytics and Reporting team as an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Developer. You will be responsible for identifying and developing solutions which utilize AI and ML to optimize business processes and manufacturing efficiency. Hybrid/Flexible work schedule.

What will you do?

A normal week may include collaborating with manufacturing business leaders and process experts; quantifying targets and expected value of optimization; evaluating emerging software and technologies; and deploying technical solutions in accordance with business requirements.

What qualifications will make you successful?

Ideal candidates will have experience with quantitative data sets; strong knowledge of ERP systems; large scale data mining and statistical analysis skills; functional working knowledge of generative AI; and an understanding of shop floor controls and automation.

• BS Degree in Computer science, mathematics, engineering, supply chain or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a highly technical programming/engineering role
• Strong technical background with coding experience (R, Python, SQL)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web services
• Prior experience in manufacturing shop floor roles desired
