Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a healthcare business office preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Spanish-speaking highly preferred.
• Excellent communication on phone and in person.
• Outstanding customer service to meet patient needs.
• Experience with EMR system eCW highly preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand.

What Is This Job All About?
