Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an associate degree in Engineering Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn work management, scheduling, and utility-specific systems and processes.
• Valid driver’s license; travel may be required based on assignment location and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating distribution line and service work.
• Support review and coordination of customer work requests and required prerequisites.
• Assist with coordinating resources, schedules, customer commitments, and changing priorities.
• Partner with engineers, service supervisors, construction teams, customers, contractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
• Support schedule adjustments related to workload, weather, resource availability, and scheduling conflicts.
• Assist with the coordination of planned customer service outages.
• Maintain scheduling and work information using applicable work management systems and business applications.
• Apply analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support scheduling activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to team goals.
• Perform assigned work safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
