Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc. seeks an experienced administrator to lead surgical scheduling. Under the Practice Administrator, you will manage scheduling operations, coordinate with OR, pre-test, and other stakeholders, and ensure a quality-based, patient-centered flow of work.
You will onboard and train scheduling staff, maintain case-volume statistics, handle prior authorizations, referrals, and testing, and collaborate across departments to optimize access and service quality.

Pay Range: $69,992.00 USD - $94,994.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
