Job summary

Responsibilities include entering customer sales orders, creating and scheduling jobs, managing multiple portals, and running daily reports across scheduling, sales, engineering, shipping, and customers. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel) and basic ERP knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a busy environment.
  • Confidentiality and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Enter Customer Sales Orders.
  • Generate Forecasting and Auto-Sales.
  • Create & Schedule Jobs.
  • Manage & Review Portals: Date Adjustments, Order Acknowledgements, Tracking Data Input.
  • Customer email communications: Order Status, Quantity Adjustments, Open Order Reports.
  • Review comparison reports between customers and ERP.
  • Review and release jobs to the shop floor.
  • Run daily cross-functional scheduling reports.
  • Assist Managers and Shop Floor with priority items and status updates.
  • Provide backup support for Shipping and Engineering Assistants as needed.
  • Provide backup when Orders/Client Relations Manager is unavailable.
