Join as a Scheduling Coordinator to help shipper, broker, warehouse, and carrier partners move more with less. The role emphasizes high-volume scheduling, cross-team collaboration, and top-tier customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Competenze

• 1-2 years in coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and proactiveness.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask and prioritize, tackle issues with urgency.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service.
• Familiarity with USA geography.
• Experience within the Logistics industry.

Mansioni

• Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements.
• Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process.
• Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling processes to ensure optimal loads.
• Work with Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing.
• Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated.
