Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead development and maintenance of project schedules across a range of nuclear projects. You will analyze critical paths, drive schedule improvements, and deliver weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders.

The role requires strong experience in Primavera P6, earned value concepts, and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams. This full-time position is on-site and supported by Kiewit’s health benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 5–7+ years of construction scheduling experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and schedule analysis.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using company standards.
• Analyze critical path and report on schedule performance.
• Lead scheduling activities across multiple projects in various stages.
• Prepare progress reports and what-if scenarios for decision makers.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors on schedule matters.
• Utilize Earned Value and resource loading to assess risk.
• Update baselines monthly and track changes to schedules.
• Assist in bid scheduling per client requirements.
