Job summary

Sundt Construction in Temple, TX seeks a Scheduling Manager to serve as the in-house scheduling expert, coordinating CPM schedule creation and updates with the project team through all phases of each project.

You will assist with initial schedule development, conduct peer reviews, and customize Primavera reports to align with the Sundt Way, supporting project success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent facilitation and leadership skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Effective communicator able to convey objectives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Minimum 5 years continuous experience with CPM tools (SureTrak, P3/P5/P6) and 10 years of construction scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in incorporating design conflicts into the CPM schedule.
• Support claims development by analyzing CPM schedule performance.
• Help manage CPM schedules to coordinate means, methods, and resources.
• Lead CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline, and update phases.
• Develop proposal phase CPM schedules from project data and estimating inputs.
• Ensure schedules follow Sundt Way policies and project specs.
• Assist Talent Development with Primavera training and online classes.
• May supervise staff and provide training and development feedback.
• Set up new jobs and schedule templates in Primavera.
