Job summary

HD Supply Management, LLC is seeking a scheduling coordinator to organize day-to-day scheduling activities across production, installers, and customers in our operations. You’ll maintain accurate schedules and communicate with multiple departments to ensure timely installations and deliveries.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED and 2–5 years of experience in scheduling or related roles, with a focus on accuracy and coordination.

• Generally 2-5 years of experience in scheduling or related coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules with installers, vendors, sub-contractors, and customers to establish installation timelines.
• Interact with external customers, vendors, and internal staff to obtain information needed to facilitate work planning and scheduling.
• Communicate scheduling status and any technical issues to customers.
• Inform internal departments of installation date schedules to ensure on-time product delivery.
• Coordinate flow and work orders according to quality control inspections, schedule, and customer requests.

Job Summary

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Coordinates daily production schedules with installers, vendors, sub‑contractors, and customers to establish installation timelines.
• Interacts with external customers, vendors, and internal staff to obtain information needed to facilitate work planning, scheduling prioritization, resolution of technical issues, incorporating changes and identification of other special requirements.
• Communicates with customer regarding scheduling, status and technical issues.
• Communicates installation date schedules to internal departments as appropriate to ensure product is delivered by established deadline.
• Coordinates flow and work orders according to quality control inspections, schedule, and customer requests.
• Maintains accurate records of all trades.
• Utilizes computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting.

Nature and Scope

• Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
• Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well‑defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.
• None.

Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• No travel required.

Education and Experience

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
