Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Coordinator - Scheduling for Housekeeping to manage staff schedules and staffing levels within the department. The role focuses on maintaining effective workforce management and adherence to Encore standards to deliver exceptional guest and team member experiences.
Responsibilities include coordinating daily scheduling, supporting department goals, and ensuring compliance with policies while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00
The Encore Boston Harbor Coordinator - Scheduling- Housekeeping will be responsible for ongoing schedule coordination within the Housekeeping Department and ensuring staff levels are appropriately managed and the effective workforce management is in place. Maintains processes and procedures for staffing requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining processes, scheduling, and supporting department team members and maximizing opportunities for departmental success; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
