Qualifications

• Must be a CNA with long-term care scheduling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of staffing ratios and HPPD calculations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure resident care coverage.
• Coordinate call-offs, shift changes, and open shifts.
• Communicate daily staffing needs with nursing leaders and staff.
• Help reduce overtime and track attendance trends through schedules.
