Role Overview

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for executing scheduling for Legends. This includes preparing departmental correspondence and documents promptly, providing accurate reports to facilitate staffing, and ensuring compliance with Legends Hospitality Management Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to schedule staff for each event.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring staff.
  • Communicate event details to employees, including report times, uniforms, and responsibilities.
  • Ensure staff completion of required training and compliance with legal standards.
  • Assign concession staff to appropriate locations on event days.
  • Manage payroll processes.
  • Enter data for monthly and yearly reports.
  • Maintain employee files and assist with shift closing duties.
Qualifications
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with a dynamic demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and exceed expectations.
  • Professionalism and poise in interactions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
