We are in the business of home ownership and are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who will find a career home with us. This non-exempt role is for someone who loves working with details in a fast-paced and team-centered environment as you will be responsible for collaborating with multiple parties to facilitate the scheduling of loan modification signings in a timely manner.

What You Will Do: As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are responsible for completing all scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation requests for loan modification signing orders. In this position, you will work directly with signing agents, our clients, and their borrowers to coordinate the events as assigned.

Client Service:

  • Coordinate scheduling assignments between signing agent, borrower, and clients
  • Handle incoming calls from signing agents, borrowers, and clients regarding scheduling
  • Follow client-specific scripting call dialogue
  • Meet company production, fee, and turn time standards as set forth by department Manager
  • Monitor incoming scheduling emails
  • Complete requests for reschedules and cancellations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with signing vendors and clients
  • Review loan modification documents for accuracy

Communicate and Collaborate:

  • Communicate openly and respectfully with clients, team members, and leaders
  • Maintain open communication with other loan modification team members and post-execution auditors
  • Track and report daily work to team leader
  • Answer incoming phone calls that roll to Vendor Hotline queue
  • Cross train in answering the company phones and reviewing documents
  • Cross train in title review may apply as volume fluctuates
  • All other duties assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year customer service experience

  • Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and office equipment

Compensation: USD $20.00 hourly - USD $25.00 hourly
