Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to maintain team member schedules, adjust for census changes, and fill vacancies with overtime awareness. The role involves updating scheduling databases, tracking absences, and ensuring budgeted FTEs are met, using SaaS electronic scheduling tools.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (associates preferred), 2–3 years of related experience, CPR preferred, and familiarity with Smart Care scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• Two to three years applicable experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Preferred Smart Care Experience.
• Must have SaaS Electronic Scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments.
• Update and adjust schedule based upon fluctuating census, regulatory requirements, planned and unplanned team member absences.
• Fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness.
• Update schedule databases.
• Track and inform assigned lead of tardiness, unplanned absences, requests for planned time off and requests for change in scheduled hours.
• Enter approved time off into scheduling database and timekeeping system.
• Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs are within budget.
• Track incidental and approved overtime, and complete other reports as assigned.
