Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to oversee hours worked by nursing personnel, ensuring budgets and staffing guidelines set by the corporate office and nursing administration are met.

You will maintain accurate timekeeping, collaborate with operations, and support staffing efficiency across Monarch's Minnesota facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing or assisted living.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling and/or timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain hours worked by all nursing personnel to meet budgeting and staffing guidelines.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and scheduling data across facilities.
