Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Scheduling & Billing Specialist for West Hospital Medical Office Building 1 to coordinate patient testing and procedures, interfacing with physician offices and staff to ensure timely scheduling. The role includes data entry and basic office duties as needed by the department.
The ideal candidate will enter patient data accurately, verify orders, and support staffing with payroll-related tasks while assisting as receptionist when required.

The Scheduler is responsible to coordinate and schedule patient testing and procedures, including interacting with physician offices, other health care providers and staff in departments that provide services to ensure patients are scheduled as soon as possible. This role will enter patient data into the computer system and complete general office work for the department as needed. May serve as receptionist for patients.
