Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to prepare and manage master schedules for the production unit. You will translate orders into sequential work plans, analyze capacity data, and coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery according to forecasts and customer orders.

Responsibilities include scheduling workflow, expediting delays, and preparing production reports. A detail-oriented, multi-tasking individual with strong MS Office skills is preferred in this

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years scheduling or administrative experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate orders into a sequential work schedule.
  • Analyze production specifications and capacity data to determine production processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
  • Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to established sequences and lead times.
  • Plan sequence of operations and confer with supervisors to determine status of projects.
  • Expedite operations delaying schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Prepare production reports and assist with materials/purchasing lists as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external personnel to implement and maintain services and programs.
