Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for procedures and surgeries efficiently and timely.
• Verify and pre-certify insurance coverage for surgical procedures.
• Coordinate day surgeries within the main surgery department.
• Maintain productivity logs for the department director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills in Excel and Word required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a medical office setting.
