Texas Oncology in Denton is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. This full-time role supports patient appointments and tests, answers calls, and serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff. Level 1, 2, or Sr is determined by experience.
The position emphasizes efficient front-office operations, patient confidentiality, and coordination of pre-certifications, referrals, and billing matters. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with no weekends or major holidays.

Under direct supervision, responsible for scheduling patient appointments and tests in an efficient and timely manner. Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate personnel. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical staff. May include outside scheduling and/or surgical scheduling responsibilities. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
