Qualifications

  • Experience in Payroll processing and staff scheduling is a plus.

Salary: 20.46-30.70 USD

Work Schedule: Days with Call Weekend and Holiday Rotation

Hours:

Erie county office 9:00am-5:00pm. Float schedule at Niagara branch - 7:00am-3:00pm. Position is a full time float position between Erie office and Niagara office to cover scheduled time off/vacation. Majority of the time will be in Erie county office.

Summary:

The scheduler is responsible for maintaining continuity, and ensuring clinical staff have the appropriate workload/schedule. The scheduler is responsible for receiving and scheduling new referrals and visits based on multiple factors including patient acuity, diagnosis, and skills required. Audits and approves time and attendance on both the Scheduling and Time and Attendance Systems for the direct patient care teams. Assists Managers and Directors in biweekly scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day staff scheduling operations. Handles calls from patients assessing urgency for clinical intervention. This position greatly influences the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE
  • Three (3) years office experience
  • Previous experience in Payroll processing and staff scheduling preferred
  • Previous Kronos experience preferred
  • Previous scheduling experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the Health Care Field preferred
