Job summary

Freedom Village of Bradenton is seeking a Care Scheduler to connect residents with caregivers and coordinate schedules for quality, reliable care. You will support residents, families, and caregivers with organized administrative tasks and outstanding service.

The role is full-time with hours 9:00am–5:00pm, occasional evenings and/or weekends. If you love solving puzzles, staying calm under change, and helping people, this could be the perfect role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Scheduling, staffing, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or related field is a plus.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
• Must meet all employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure quality, reliable care.

As a Care Scheduler, you're the connection between residents who need support and the caregivers who provide it. Part problem-solver, part people-person, and part organizer, you'll keep care running smoothly while creating peace of mind for residents, families, and your team.

Status: Full-Time

Salary: $23 - $25 per hour

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm (business hours, occasional evenings and/or weekends)
