Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and maintain production schedules, personnel assignments, and resource allocation in alignment with operational requirements
  • Collaborate with managers and project teams to ensure project timelines are met and resources are utilized efficiently
  • Monitor project and task progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, conflicts, or delays, and propose corrective actions
  • Generate and maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and assignments
  • Communicate schedule updates and priority changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Support resource planning and process optimization to improve operational efficiency
  • Prepare reports on scheduling performance, compliance with timelines, and resource utilization
  • Assist in planning for production needs in regulated environments, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance requirements
Qualifications, Requirements, Knowledge, Education, Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in scheduling, production planning, or resource coordination, preferably in FDA-regulated or life sciences environments
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience in process optimization and resource planning in regulated manufacturing is a plus
